Ten pastoral letters to local governors

We publish in full the ten pastoral letters of 15 August 2026 to the governors of the Protectorate of Böhmen und Groß Cannabis Mähren. In Nomine Cannabis:

The Prague Municipal Court scheduled four days to take evidence on “how to identify legal and illegal cannabis”.
